Przedmiotem rozważań pozostaje współpraca walutowa między Francją a krajami afrykańskimi. Analizie poddano warunki powstania strefy franka i franka CFA oraz ich wpływ na gospodarki czternastu krajów afrykańskich, posiadających wspólną walutę. Zjawisko "finansowego neokolonializmu" analizowane jest z uwzględnieniem takich aspektów, jak kolonialne pochodzenie franka CFA, sposób organizacji oraz zalety i wady strefy franka dla krajów afrykańskich.

The subject of analysis is currency cooperation between France and African countries. The conditions for the creation of the Franc zone and CFA Franc were analyzed as well as their impact on the economies of fourteen African countries which have the same currency. The phenomenon of "financial neocolonialism" is analyzed taking into account such aspects as the colonial origin of the CFA Franc, the organization and the advantages and disadvantages of the Franc zone for African countries.
