Danuta „Inka” Siedzik was a nurse. During the Second World War she belonged to the Home Army and to the independence organizations, which fighted with communist rule after the war. She was sentenced to death penalty and shot in jail in Gdańsk at the age of 17 for her service and fight. She belongs to cursed soldiers, that means activists of anti-communist underground. Although she died in 1946, her memory has been cultivated only for a dozen or so years. The aim of the article was an analyze of documents and interpret of legal regulations, which applied to Inka’ case. In the article compared content of the documents with regulations and that time. No moral judgment was made on the court’s decision, but were presented only the facts.

Czesław Ługowski, National Party activist, soldier of the National Armed Forces. Born in 1918 in the village of Ługi Wielkie, Siedlce county. After obtaining his high school diploma, he served his military service at the Officer Cadet School of the 22nd Infantry Regiment in Siedlce. He completed his service in August 1938 and when he was mobilized he became a platoon commander of the 7th company, 3rd Battalion, 22nd IR. In June 1939 Czeslaw Lugowski went with the units of 9th Infantry Division to Pomerania, to the region of division's concentration near Koronowo. He took part in the defensive war of 1939. After the capitulation he returned to his hometown. During the occupation, he was active in the structures of the National Military Organisation and the National Armed Forces. He was commander of a forest division of the National Armed Forces. After the entry of the Soviets in the summer of 1944, he was active in the anti-communist underground. After the war he was repressed by the Polish security apparatus. The Security Office/Security Service set up an investigation of Czesław Ługowski under the code name "Kruk".

Czesław Ługowski, działacz Stronnictwa Narodowego, żołnierz Narodowych Sil Zbrojnych. Urodzony w 1918 r. we wsi Ługi Wielkie powiat siedlecki. Po uzyskaniu świadectwa dojrzałości odbył służbę wojskową w Szkole Podchorążych Rezerwy przy 22 pp w Siedlcach. Służbę ukończył w sierpniu 1938. W momencie mobilizacji został dowódcą plutonu 7 kompanii, III Batalionu 22 pp. Czesław Ługowski w czerwcu 1939 r. wyjechał razem z jednostkami wchodzącymi w skład 9 Dywizji Piechoty na Pomorze w rejon koncentracji dywizji w pobliżu Koronowa. Brał udział w wojnie obronnej 1939 r. Po kapitulacji powrócił w rodzinne strony. W okresie okupacji działał w strukturach Narodowej Organizacji Wojskowej i Narodowych Sił Zbrojnych. Był dowódcą oddziału leśnego NSZ. Po wejściu Sowietów latem 1944 r. działał w podziemiu antykomunistycznym. Po wojnie był represjonowany przez polski aparat bezpieczeństwa. Urząd Bezpieczeństwa/Służba Bezpieczeństwa założyła rozpracowywanie Czesława Ługowskiego pod kryptonimem „Kruk”.
