W artykule poruszono kwestię ważnego zagadnienia solidarności społecznej w odniesieniu do ustawy o rewitalizacji. Po wprowadzeniu dotyczącym zasady solidarności społecznej starano się wskazać te obszary regulacji, w których można odnaleźć tę idee. Wykazano, iż solidarność społeczną można wywieść z postanowień ustawy, w szczególności z procesu ustalania obszaru rewitalizacji jak i regulacji antygentryfikacyjnej.

The article investigates the idea of solidarity in the context of Ustawa o Rewitalizacji. After the brief introduction concerning the principle of solidarity, the paper focuses on those areas of the regulation in which solidarity, as an idea, can in fact be found. It has been shown that solidarity is inferred in the analyzed document, in particular: in the process of the establishment of the area of revitalization, and in the anti-gentrification regulations.
