Artykuł porusza tematykę minimalnych cen odsprzedaży, koncentrując się na prokonkurencyjnym uzasadnieniu ich stosowania. Odwołuje się do tez wysuwanych przez orzecznictwo sądów Stanów Zjednoczonych, przybliżając ich podejście do RPM na przestrzeni lat. Pokazuje również możliwość odpowiedniego zastosowania takiego podejścia przez Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów.

The article addresses the issue of minimum resale price maintenance focusing on pro-competitive effects of this practice. It refers to US federal antitrust law describing its evolving approach to RPM. The article shows also the possibility of using such an approach by the President of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumers Protection.
