In this article I answer the question whether a child has the right to its rights. I take into consideration contemporary knowledge of cultural, pedagogical and legal anthropology. A child is the subject of changes within itself as well as of social, cultural and educational changes. However, because of relationships with adults, these changes take different forms. I propose four models of research on these relations: adultist, ‘pedocentrically toxic’, isonomic and exclusive.

W artykule odpowiadam na pytanie, czy dziecko ma prawo do swoich praw, uwzględniając współczesną wiedzę z antropologii kulturowej, pedagogicznej i prawniczej. Dziecko jest podmiotem zmian w sobie, zmian społecznych, kulturowych i edukacyjnych, ale ze względu na relacje z dorosłymi ulegają one różnym konfiguracjom. Proponuję cztery modele badań tych relacji: adultystyczny, „pajdocentrycznie toksyczny”, izonomiczny i wykluczający.
