Unikanie niepewności w kulturach organizacyjnych przedsiębiorstw funkcjonujących na terenie Polski i Ukrainy

In the sciences of management, attention is focused on organizational culture. Reflection on it also concerns the broadly understood cultural context, because organizations function in specific places and at a specific time. As foreigners enter foreign markets, be inspired to report knowledge about cultural training, which results in the experience of generating practical advice, shaping organizational culture in a culturally different environment. Attention to enterprises operating in the Polish national culture and Ukrainian national culture. The analyzes referred to one of the cultural dimensions distinguished by G. Hofstede - the avoidance of uncertainty. The aim of the article was to diagnose the differences in the dimension of avoiding uncertainty in Polish and Ukrainian organizations. Research sample was 590 responders. A proprietary tool was used for the study, while the non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test was used in the statistical work.

W naukach o zarządzaniu uwaga jest skupiona na kulturze organizacyjnej. Refleksja nad nią dotyczy również szeroko rozumianego kontekstu kulturowego, bowiem organizacje funkcjonują w określonych miejscach i w określonym czasie. Wraz z wkraczaniem przedsiębiorców na zagraniczne rynki pojawia się konieczność zgłębiania wiedzy na temat aspektów kulturowych, co skutkuje możliwością generowania praktycznych wskazówek dotyczących kształtowania kultury organizacyjnej w odmiennym kulturowo otoczeniu. W artykule uwagę poświęcono przedsiębiorstwom funkcjonującym w otoczeniu kultury narodowej polskiej i kultury narodowej ukraińskiej. Analizy odnoszą się do jednego z wymiarów kulturowych wyróżnionych przez G. Hofstedego - unikania niepewności. Celem artykułu jest zdiagnozowanie różnic w wymiarze unikania niepewności w polskiej i ukraińskiej organizacji. Próba badawcza wynosiła 590 osób. Do badania wykorzystano autorskie narzędzie, w analizie statystycznej posłużono się nieparametrycznym testem U Manna-Whitneya.
