W W artykule zaprezentowano główne sposoby nagradzania naukowców w dziedzinie innowacyjności. Tekst zawiera syntetyczne zestawienie polityk państwa w zakresie honorowania uznanych osiągnięć poprzez nagrody i odznaczenia państwowe. Kwestia wyróżniania wybitnych jednostek jest często postrzegana jako jedynie uzupełnienie ich działalności badawczej. Autor zajmuje się przedstawieniem najważniejszych nagród, które są składnikami polskiego systemu. Omówione zostały: Nagroda Gospodarcza Prezydenta RP, Nagroda Ministra Gospodarki, nagrody Prezesa Rady Ministrów, nagrody Ministra Nauki i S zkolnictwa Wyższego. Następnie przedstawiono najważniejsze ordery i odznaczenia przyznawane za wybitne zasługi i osiągnięcia.

The article attempts to show the main ways of awarding the scientists in the field of innovation. The text contains the analysis of public policies on prizes and honours as an extraordinary form of awarding. Question of awarding policy is often seen as the only supplement their research activities. Author deals with the most important awards in succession, which are components of the Polish system: Award of the President of the Republic of Poland, Award of the Ministry of Economy, the Prime Minister prizes, the Minister of Science and Higher Education prizes. Then there are presented the most important orders and decorations, which are gave for outstanding services and achievements.

Our aim is to relate criteria for quality assessment in translation to micro elements. Punctuation in Arno Schmidt seems to be a good bet as, with him, this supposedly formal element is instrumental in constituting the sense of a text to a degree far beyond standard state-of-the-art routine.

Der Beitrag versucht an Minimalelementen Übersetzungsqualität festzumachen. Bei Arno Schmidt bietet sich dafür die Zeichensetzung an, da diese in seinen Texten ein konstitutives Element darstellt, das in seiner Komplexität über Standard und Mainstream weit hinausgeht.
