Artykuł dotyczy egzekucji z rachunku bankowego, która jest w polskiej regulacji prawnej bardzo często stosowana i niezwykle praktyczna. Egzekucja z rachunku bankowego sprowadza się do zajęcia rachunku dłużnika poprzez poinformowanie o tym banku. Egzekucja taka, poza zagadnieniami praktycznymi, wywołuje wiele wątpliwości teoretycznych. Wiążą się one m.in. z przebiegiem egzekucji, sposobem i skutkami zajęcia oraz ograniczeniem egzekucji.

The article refers to the execution of a bank account which is very often used in Polish regulation and proves extremely practical. The execution of a bank account consist in seizing of the debtor’s bank account by giving information about it to the bank. This kind of execution, apart from practical problems, involves also many theoretical issues, which the present article aims to settle. They are related inter alia, to the process of execution, the way of seizure, its consequences and limitation. The article also calls attention to the issues in relation to which serious interpretational doubts arise.
