Celem artykułu jest wskazanie najistotniejszych barier utrudniających lub uniemożliwiających przedsiębiorstwom przekształcanie się w organizacje inteligentne. W opracowaniu przybliżono pojęcie organizacji inteligentnej, przedstawiono najistotniejsze bariery ich rozwoju, a także wskazano uniwersalne sposoby ich obniżania lub też redukowania.

The aim of this paper is to identify the most significant barriers preventing businesses from becoming intelligent organization. The study outlines the concept of an intelligent organization, presents the most significant barriers to their development, and indicates universal ways of lowering or reducing them.
