The article discusses the issues of shaping the physical and mental safety in pupils through the implementation of health education assumptions during physical education classes. The author analyzes the issues of the pupils' subjective sense of safety and the factors determining the process of building physically, mentally and socially safe educational environment. The article also describes the concept of resilience as well as the key competences essential to protect and improve health in relation to its holistic model. The discussion of the assumptions and goals of modern health education in the context of building the sense of safety in the indicated spheres and also broadly understood prevention is supplemented by an analysis of implementation possibilities concerning the specificity of physical education classes.

Artykuł omawia kwestie kształtowania bezpieczeństwa fizycznego i psychicznego uczniów w realizacji założeń edukacji zdrowotnej na zajęciach wychowania fizycznego. Autor analizuje kwestie subiektywnego poczucia bezpieczeństwa uczniów oraz czynników warunkujących budowanie bezpiecznego środowiska edukacyjnego zarówno w wymiarze fizycznym, psychicznym jak i społecznym. Dokonuje również opisu koncepcji resilience oraz kompetencji kluczowych do ochrony i doskonalenia zdrowia w odniesieniu do jego holistycznego modelu. Omówieniu założeń i celów współczesnej edukacji zdrowotnej w kontekście budowania poczucia bezpieczeństwa we wskazanych sferach i szeroko pojętej profilaktyki, towarzyszy analiza możliwości realizacyjnych w odniesieniu do specyfiki zajęć wychowania fizycznego.

The article deals with the problem of the correlation between subjective well-beingof Ukrainian teachers and psychological safety of the educational environment of the school. The distinctive features and factors of the well-being of Ukrainian teachers are established. The essence and basic signs of psychological safety of the educational environment of secondary schools are revealed. The relationship between the subjective well-being of teachers and the safety of the educational environment has been investigated. The advisability of the development of teachers’ well-being is stated, taking into account the necessity of creating a psychologically safe educational environment.

W artykule poruszono problem korelacji między samopoczuciem ukraińskich nauczycieli a bezpieczeństwem psychicznym środowiska wychowawczego szkoły. Wyróżnia się cechy i czynniki dobrego samopoczucia ukraińskich nauczycieli. Podkreślono istotę i podstawowe oznaki bezpieczeństwa psychicznego środowiska edukacyjnego szkół średnich. Zbadano związek między subiektywnym samopoczuciem nauczycieli a bezpieczeństwem środowiska edukacyjnego. Wskazano na celowość rozwoju dobrostanu nauczycieli, biorąc pod uwagę konieczność stworzenia psychologicznie bezpiecznego środowiska edukacyjnego.
