Contemporary reality brings an abundance of changes. Some of them may be also observed with respect to forms of participation in culture. New models arise which follow the ideas of deinstitutionalisation, privatisation and self-sufficiency of viewers of culture. On the basis of these transformations, non-institutional actors appear who enter the role of educators, such as for example culture bloggers. Their activity features characteristics typical of educational turn in culture. They play a significant role in shaping cultural capital, while education remains an immanent quality of blogging about culture.

The study examines the communication channels of famous Ukrainian bloggers and their approach to the topic of war. The main aim of the study was to trace the changes in the information policy before and after the war that were observed in the content posted by individual bloggers.

W artykule zbadano, jak wojna wpłynęła na twórczość ukraińskich blogerów. Opracowanie obejmuje kanały komunikacji znanych blogerów i ich podejście do tematu wojny. Zmiany polityki informacyjnej przed i po wojnie prześledzono na przykładzie treści zamieszczanych przez poszczególnych blogerów.

Platforma internetowa YouTube oferuje wiele filmów o tematyce historycznej. Wraz z rosnącą popularnością tego typu treści pojawia się coraz więcej blogerów, którzy nie tworzą własnego, niezależnego produktu, tylko rozpowszechniają określone narracje polityczne. W warunkach wojny rosyjsko-ukraińskiej treści historyczne stają się narzędziem rozpowszechniania nie tylko faktów, ale także idei politycznych i źródłem przemian pamięci zbiorowej. Prezentowane badanie ujawnia wpływ „kultu zwycięstwa” zarówno w filmach prorządowych blogerów z Federacji Rosyjskiej, jak i na niektórych sowieckich narracjach w twórczości blogerów opozycyjnych. Ponieważ ukraińskojęzyczny segment YouTube jest w fazie rozwoju, niektórzy blogerzy rozpowszechniają mity, które tworzą negatywny obraz Związku Radzieckiego. Ale dość łatwo jest znaleźć taki produkt informacyjny ukraińskich autorów, który jest rzetelny, wyważony i oparty na współczesnych badaniach historycznych.

The YouTube online platform offers many videos on historical topics. With the growing popularity of such content, there are more and more bloggers who do not create their own independent products but spread certain political narratives. In the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war, historical content becomes a tool for spreading not only factual information but also political ideas and a source of transformation of collective memory. The presented study reveals the influence of the "Victory cult" both in the videos of pro-government bloggers from the Russian Federation and certain Soviet narratives in the works of opposition bloggers. Since the Ukrainian-language segment of YouTube is in a state of development, some bloggers are spreading myths that create a negative image of the Soviet Union. But it is quite easy to find such an information product by Ukrainian authors, which is reliable, balanced, and based on modern historical research.

На онлайн-платформі YouTube представлено безліч відео на історичну тематику. Зі зростанням популярності такого контенту, у з'являється все  більше блогерів, які не створюють власний незалежний продукт, а поширюють певніні політічні наратави. В умовах російсько-української війни історичний контент стає інструментом поширення не тільки фактичної інформації, а й політичних ідей та джерелом трансформації колективної пам’яті. Репрезентоване дослідження виявляє впливи “культу Перемоги” як у відео провладних блогерів з Російської Федерації, так і певні радянські наративи у творчості блогерів опозиційних. Оскільки україномовний сегмент YouTube перебуває у стані розвитку, частина блогерів проширює міфи, які формують негативний образ Радянського Союзу. Але досить просто знайти такий інформаційний продукт українських авторів, який є достовірним, виваженим і ґрунтується сучасних історичних дослідженнях.
