Celem niniejszej pracy jest diagnoza rynku usług wyceny nieruchomości w Polsce w oparciu o badania ankietowe realizowane wśród rzeczoznawców majątkowych. Celem przeprowadzonych badań było uzyskanie informacji na temat m.in. form organizacyjno-prawnych podmiotów działających w sferze wyceny nieruchomości, przedmiotu ich działalności, współpracy z innymi podmiotami, a także ocena obecnej sytuacji na rynku usług w sferze wyceny nieruchomości. W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań oraz wskazano podstawowe kierunki rozwoju rzeczoznawstwa majątkowego.

The main goal of this paper is to provide a diagnose of the property valuation services on the Polish real estate market. The research conducted in 2008 among the property appraisals has brought a wide range of information concerning a appraisals’ professional activities, such as: legal status, operational activity, co-operation, and evaluation of appraisal services current situation on the market. The research results were presented in this paper. Author also pointed main directions of appraisal services development.
