Pandemia – nowe możliwości czy kolejna ograniczenia dla start-upów?

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie procesu przeobrażania pomysłu w biznes w czasie pandemii, a także próba oceny możliwości i wskazanie barier jakie stawia przed przedsiębiorcą aktualna sytuacja epidemiczna. Przeanalizowano dostępne obecnie instrumenty wsparcia (finansowe i pozafinansowe) dostępne dla firm. W ramach pracy przeprowadzono wywiad z dwójką przedsiębiorców, przedstawicieli firm z różnych branż, które znajdują się na innych etapach rozwoju i wzrostu (aktualnie otwierany biznes i start-up z 10-letnim stażem) o tym czy i jak wpływa na nich pandemia. Wnioski płynące z tego badania, pozwoliły również na opracowanie zestawu dobrych praktyk dla wszystkich tych, którzy mają pomysł na nowy biznes w nowej i pełnej niewiadomych rzeczywistości.

The aim of this article is to present the process of transforming an idea into a business during a pandemic, as well as an attempt to assess the possibilities and indicate barriers posed by the current epidemic situation. Currently available support instruments (financial and non-financial) available to companies were analyzed. As part of the work, an interview was carried out with two entrepreneurs, representatives of various industries and companies at different stages of development / growth (currently opened business and a startup with 10 years of experience) on whether and how they are affected by the pandemic. The conclusions from this study also allowed to develop a set of good practices for all those entities who have an idea for a new business in a new reality full of unknowns.
