The purpose of this article is to present the theoretical competence of the manager influencing the formation of an effective and innovative leader in contemporary management organizations in music, looking at competence affecting the building of a paradigm leader - a music manager. It discusses the appropriate management of human resources, to aid in stimulating innovative activities, attempting intellectual considerations for a manager to become an innovative leader. It indicates that the powers of the manager have an impact on the processes critical to the success of leaders and are helpful in the management of human resources. It shows core competencies contributing to increased efficiency within the organization.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie w ujęciu teoretycznym kompetencji menadżera wpływających na formowanie się efektywnego i innowacyjnego przywódcy we współczesnym zarządzaniu w muzyce. Sednem artykułu jest kwestia odpowiedniego zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi jako pomocy przy pobudzaniu innowacyjnych działań. Autor podejmuje próbę intelektualnego rozważania, jak z menedżera stać się innowacyjnym przywódcą. Wskazuje, że kompetencje menedżera mają wpływ na procesy decydujące o sukcesie przywódcy oraz są pomocne przy zarządzaniu zasobami ludzkimi. Pokazuje główne kompetencje przyczyniające się do wzrostu efektywności w organizacji.
