The aim of the paper is to analyze the possibility of imposing sanctions on anticompetitive agreements, when in national law this practice appreciably restricts competition, but in the light of EU law, it is classified as an agreement of minor importance. The paper also shows the criteria useful to determine when the restriction on competition is appreciable.
