W artykule poruszono problem termomodernizacji ścian szczytowych budynków jako jednego z elementów rewitalizacji przestrzeni miejskiej. Realizację tego zabiegu budowlanego rozpatrzono w aspekcie możliwości poprawy krajobrazu urbanistycznego, jak i polepszenia właściwości termicznych analizowanych ścian. Na wybranych przykładach pokazano techniczne i architektoniczne rozwiązania, porównane pod względem warstwy elewacyjnej, warstwy izolacyjnej oraz współczynnika przenikania ciepła i grubości przegrody.

The article addresses the problem of thermomodernization of the gable walls of buildings as one of the elements of revitalization of urban space. The implementation of this construction was considered in terms of the possibility of improving the urban landscape as well as the improvement of the thermal properties of the analyzed walls. Selected examples show technical and architectural solutions, compared in terms of facade layer, insulation layer and heat transfer coefficient and partition thickness.
