Obserwując dokonujące się w świecie przemiany, łatwo można zauważyć aktualność i potrzebę zaangażowania wszystkich chrześcijan w misyjne dzieło Kościoła. Wielość wypowiedzi soborowych i papieskich pozwala ukazać różne aspekty ciągłej i naglącej potrzeby ewangelizacji współczesnego świata. Misja ewangelizacyjna jest świadectwem wiary, chrześcijańskiej dojrzałości i formacji. Jest również świadectwem odpowiedzialności moralnej za tych, którzy nie poznali jeszcze Chrystusa. Dlatego niniejszy przyczynek naukowy miał za zadanie wskazać zakres osób, które mniej lub bardziej świadomie włączone są w dzieło wychowania do ewangelizacji już przez samą swą przynależność do Kościoła. Przekazywanie Ewangelii w swym ogólnym znaczeniu jest zadaniem każdego ochrzczonego. Szczególne jednak miejsce mają w tym dziele kapłani, osoby konsekrowane i misjonarze świeccy, którzy świadomie i dobrowolnie podejmują się bezpośredniej działalności misyjnej i ewangelizacji. Ich pełna współpraca pozwala skutecznie realizować konkretne działania, do których wezwany jest Kościół.

Observing social changes in the world, one can easily notice the current need of the involvement of all Christians in the missionary work of the Catholic Church. Many of the papal and conciliar statements show the different aspects of a constant and urgent need of the evangelisation of the present-day world. The evangelisation bears witness to faith, Christian maturity and religious formation. It also bears testimony to moral responsibility for those who have not met Jesus Christ yet. This is why the aim of the study was to show a range of people who, more or less consciously, are engaged in the evangelisation by their affiliation to the Church. Conveying the Gospel in its general meaning is a task of every baptized man. However, a special place in this mission have priests, consecrated people and secular missionaries. They consciously, voluntarily and directly undertake their missionary and evangelisatory work. Their full cooperation enables the Church to take concrete actions to which it is summoned.

The common good, solidarity and subsidiarity are social principles of natural law. They thus apply to every form of social life. Common life of religious sisters and brothers should also be shaped in their spirit. The realization of the charism of the Congregation, appropriate formation for religious life, adherence to the rules of common life and the evangelical manner of exercising authority are important elements of the common good. Solidarity in the life of the community manifests itself in the mutual responsibility of persons and communities for each other, the assistance to vulnerable individuals and communities in need, and through a commitment to the community. Subsidiarity in its negative aspect calls for respect to the autonomy and subjectivity of individuals and communities. However, the positive aspect presupposes complementary support provided by superiors and the entire religious family to persons and communities found in difficult situations.

Dobro wspólne, solidarność i pomocniczość są społecznymi zasadami prawa naturalnego. Dotyczą więc każdej formy życia społecznego. W ich duchu należy kształtować również życie wspólne sióstr i braci zakonnych. Ważnymi elementami dobra wspólnego jest realizacja charyzmatu zgromadzenia, odpowiednia formacja do życia zakonnego, zachowanie reguł wspólnego życia i ewangeliczny styl sprawowania władzy. Solidarność w życiu wspólnoty przejawia się we wzajemnej odpowiedzialności za siebie osób i wspólnot, pomocy słabszym i będącym w potrzebie osobom i wspólnotom, a także zaangażowanie na rzecz wspólnoty. Pomocniczość w jej aspekcie negatywnym postuluje szacunek dla autonomii i podmiotowości osób i wspólnot. Natomiast aspekt pozytywny zakłada uzupełniającą pomoc świadczoną przez przełożonych i całą rodzinę zakonną osobom i wspólnotom znajdującym się w trudnej sytuacji.

Catechesis should lead to the formation of a personal bond with God following the model of Christ, and to professing the faith in the Church for a full personalization of man and of the world. For this service, in a special way, in all the history, the Church has always called consecrated persons to devote the maximum of their abilities and possibilities to the work of teaching, educating and of initiation that is realized by catechesis in various circles. The contribution of monks to catechization is most fully realized by making the Person of Christ present with the use of the example of one's life, and by following the example of the Son of God, by the profession of evangelic councils and by the testimony of one's Christian life in agreement with the Gospel, revealing Christ and showing the face of the Church, as well as by monastic charismas involved in the process of catechization, giving it a special emphasis and a telling character. Involvement in catechization on the part of monks, nuns, and members of associations of apostolic life is of utmost importance at the present moment in the history of the new evangelization of the new Europe and the new world.

Katecheza powinna prowadzić do osobowej więzi z Bogiem na wzór Chrystusa i do wyznawania wiary w Kościele dla pełnej personalizacji człowieka i świata. Do tej posługi w ciągu dziejów Kościół w sposób szczególny wzywa osoby życia konsekrowanego, aby zechciały poświęcić maksimum zdolności i możliwości dziełu nauczania, wychowania i wtajemniczenia, jakie realizuje w różnych środowiskach katecheza. Wkład osób zakonnych w katechizację najpełniej dokonuje się poprzez uobecnianie Osoby Chrystusa przykładem życia i naśladowaniem Syna Bożego, przez profesję rad ewangelicznych oraz poprzez świadectwo życia chrześcijańskiego zgodnie z Ewangelią, objawiające Chrystusa i pokazujące oblicze Kościoła, a także poprzez charyzmaty zakonne włączone w proces katechizacji, które nadają jej specyficzny akcent i wymowny charakter. Zaangażowanie w katechizację ze strony zakonników, zakonnic i członków stowarzyszeń życia apostolskiego jest niezmiernie cenne w obecnym dziejowym momencie nowej ewangelizacji nowej Europy i nowego świata.
