W artykule podjęto rozważania na temat edukacji interesariuszy przez przedsiębiorstwa w Polsce. W tym celu zaprezentowano definicje interesariuszy i ich typologie. W pracy opisano zalecenia normy ISO 26000 dla organizacji dotyczące edukacji interesariuszy. W pracy dokonano także analizy działań edukacyjnych realizowanych przez przedsiębiorstwa w Polsce w latach 2012-2016. W artykule wykorzystano analizę literatury przedmiotu i dobrych praktyk przedsiębiorstw działających w Polsce na podstawie raportów Odpowiedzialny biznes w Polsce. Dobre praktyki.

The paper considers education of stakeholders by enterprises in Poland. For this purpose, definitions of stakeholders and their types were presented. In her article, autor described recommendations of norm ISO 26000 for organizations concerning education of stakeholders. The paper also analysis of educational activities carried out by enterprises in Poland from 2012 to 2016 was presented. In the article, there are used an analysis of the subject literature and good practices of enterprises in Poland, based on reports Responsible Business in Poland. Good practices.
