Przedstawiono działania prowadzone w Kujawsko-Pomorskim Ośrodku Doradztwa Rolniczego dla podnoszenia kwalifikacji zawodowych rolników i innych mieszkańców obszarów wiejskich. Wykorzystano dane sprawozdawcze z lat 2015-2018. Na podstawie przedstawionej analizy pokazano, że Ośrodek pełni w regionie ważną rolę w zakresie uzupełniania oraz podnoszenia kwalifikacji, a także wspierania reorientacji zawodowej kierujących gospodarstwami rolnymi i pozostałych mieszkańców terenów wiejskich. Równie ważna jest rola Ośrodka w zakresie rozwoju przedsiębiorczości na wsi dla dywersyfikacji źródeł dochodów i rozwoju działalności gospodarczej. Wydaje się, że w najbliższych latach zapotrzebowanie na tego typu działania będzie wzrastać.

The activities carried out in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Agricultural Advisory Center for raising professional qualifications of farmers and other inhabitants of rural areas are presented. Reporting data from 2015-2018. The quality method of analysis was used, supplemented by a quantitative method. On the basis of the analysis presented, it was shown that the Center plays an important role in the region in terms of supplementing and raising qualifications as well as supporting professional reorientation of farm managers and other residents of rural areas. Equally important is the role of the Center in the field of rural entrepreneurship development for the diversification of income sources and business development. It seems that in the coming years the demand for such activities will increase.
