W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań aktowych dotyczących udziału małoletnich w postępowaniu o ograniczenie władzy rodzicielskiej. Badania zostały przeprowadzone przez Fundację Dzieci Niczyje w 2015 i 2016 r. w czterech wybranych sądach rejonowych. Ich celem było zbadanie, jak w tego typu sprawach realizowane jest prawo dziecka do wyrażenia opinii we własnej sprawie.

The article presents the outcome of court files research concerning child participation in cases of parental authority limitation. The research was conducted by Nobody’s Children Foundation in 2015 and 2016 in four Polish courts. The main goal of the research was to find out how the children’s right to be heard is guaranteed in this kind of cases.
