Artykuł przedstawia wyzwania, jakie w trakcie politycznej i ekonomicznej integracji w ramach Unii Europejskiej pojawiły się w związku z kryzysem ekonomicznym. Autorka przedstawia kwestie podejmowane w tym zakresie w orzecznictwie sądów konstytucyjnych państw członkowskich oraz Trybunał Sprawiedliwości Unii Europejskiej oraz polityczne i prawne uwarunkowania decyzji tych organów.

The article regards the challenges which was brought by economic and social crisis durin European integration within EU. Author concerns questions taken up in this scope by ETJ and constitutional courts in European states as well as political and legal cicrcumstances of them.
