Technologie informacyjno-komunikacyjne dla społeczeństwa informacyjnego to codzienność w szkole, pracy, w korespondencji prywatnej, w zabawie. Współpraca transgraniczna pomiędzy państwami sąsiadującymi nie może obyć się bez stosowania rozwiązań teleinformatycznych, zarówno na szczeblu administracji państwowej, służb ochrony państwa, jak i na szczeblu regional-nym. Rozwój terenów przygranicznych przy pomocy nowoczesnych technologii to szansa dla mieszkańców na znalezienie pracy, ale również aktywizacja tych regionów do większej integracji i ich wzajemna promocja.

Information and communication technologies for the information society at everyday life in school, at work, in private correspondence, in play. Cross-border cooperation between neighboring countries cannot do without the use of telecomputing solutions, both at the level of the state ad-ministration, the state security services, but also at the regional level. The development of the border areas with the help of modern technology is an opportunity for people to find jobs, but also activation of these regions to greater integration and mutual promotion.
