Celem niniejszego opracowania było przedstawienie wybranych form edukacji kulinarnej kierowanych do dzieci. Zakresem pracy objęto przegląd szkół kulinarnych dla dzieci, warsztatów i kursów gotowania prowadzonych przez fundacje, zakłady gastronomiczne oraz oferowanych w ramach telewizyjnych programów kampanii społecznych. Wzrost świadomości współczesnego konsumenta dotyczy m.in. obszaru odżywiania się. W związku z tym pojawia się chęć samodzielnego gotowania, eksperymentowania z nowymi smakami i wybierania na przykład ekologicznych składników. Na warszawskiej mapie gastronomicznej można znaleźć różne formy zajęć, warsztatów kulinarnych dla dzieci. Dla wytrwałych młodych konsumentów otwierają się szkoły gotowania, gdzie zajęcia prowadzą nauczyciele, pracujący w restauracjach, prowadzący działalność gastronomiczną, blogerzy kulinarni i autorzy książek.

The aim of this study was to present selected forms of cooling education for children. The range was related to the survey of cooking schools for children, cooking classes and cooking workshops in foundations, gastronomic enterprises as well as held in TV programmers. The growth of modern consumer awareness concerns mainly the area of nutrition. Therefore, appears a need of self-cooking, experimenting with new flavors and selecting new components like organic one. Warsaw’s gastronomic map is full of various forms of cooking, including lectures and cooking classes for children A persistent one can subscribe to a cooking school, where classes lead teachers, people working in restaurants, running their own gastronomic services, culinary bloggers and authors of cooking books.
