Celem niniejszego artykułu jest opracowanie i weryfikacja wartości aplikacyjnej zaproponowanej typologii twórczych ścieżek karier pracowników uczelni. Dalszy cel to określenie – na podstawie danych biografii zawodowych – częstości występowania poszczególnych „wzorów“ karier oraz ustalenie powiązań pomiędzy tymi „wzorami“ a wybranymi kryteriami jawnymi twórczości. Realizacja powyższych celów pozwoli zweryfikować hipotezę dotyczącą możliwości i granic wnioskowania o rodzaju strategii personalnej na podstawie identyfikacji trajektorii karier pracowników. Opracowanie zorientowane jest ponadto na określenie wartości generowanych przez pracowników w zależności od tempa ich kariery. Zastosowano następujące metody badawcze: krytyczne studium literatury przedmiotu, analiza danych biografii zawodowych, zastosowanie metody zdyskontowanych strumieni przepływów gotówkowych dla dwóch typów karier.

The aim of these deliberations is the formulation and verification of the application value of the typology of college employee creative career paths. A further aim is to define, on the basis of biographical career data, the occurrence frequency of individual career “patterns” as well as the determination of connections between these “patterns” and selected overt creativity criteria. The achievement of the above aims will allow the verification of the hypothesis involving the possibilities and boundaries for drawing conclusions regarding personnel strategy type, on the basis of the identification of employee career trajectory. The study also tries to describe the value generated by employees in connection with their career tempo. The following research methods were used: critical study of topical literature, analysis of biographical career data, and the application of the discounted cash flow stream method for two types of careers.
