The aim of the article is to analyze the logistics of organization of professional and student internships in a defence industry enterprise. The article highlights the conditions for their implementation in a specific legal environment for the production of military equipment and related services. The article presents a model view of the organization of internships at the Wojskowa Akademia Techniczna and their practical implementation in a defence industry enterprise on the example of Wojskowe Zakłady Uzbrojenia S.A. in Grudziądz.

Celem artykułu jest analiza logistyki organizacji praktyk zawodowych i studenckich w przedsiębiorstwie przemysłu obronnego. Artykuł uwypukla uwarunkowania ich realizacji w specyficznym środowisku prawnym wytwarzania sprzętu wojskowego i usług z nim związanych. W artykule przedstawiono ujęcie modelowe organizacji praktyk w Wojskowej Akademii Technicznej i praktyczną ich realizację w przedsiębiorstwie przemysłu obronnego na przykładzie Wojskowych Zakładach Uzbrojenia S.A. w Grudziądzu.
