The Author discusses some aspects of employee opinion surveys’ methodology. These surveys are considered as one of the instruments that can be used for reliable diagnosis of an organization. It is possible, if the methodology is correct. Therefore, in the article were considered such issues as thematic areas, implementer of the survey, sample size, method of measurement and measuring instrument, as well as respondent’s anonymity/confidentiality of data, and information activities related to the stage of preparation and implementation of the survey.

W artykule omówiono wybrane elementy metodyki badań opinii pracowników. Badania te są rozpatrywane przez Autora jako jeden z instrumentów, który może posłużyć do rzetelnej diagnozy organizacji. Nie będzie to możliwe, jeśli badanie nie zostanie przeprowadzone poprawnie z punktu widzenia jego metodyki. W związku z tym, rozpatrzono takie kwestie, jak obszary tematyczne badań, podmiot realizujący badanie, liczebność próby objętej badaniem, metoda pomiarowa i instrument do pomiaru danych, a także anonimowość respondentów/poufność danych oraz działania informacyjne na etapie przygotowania i realizacji badania.
