Nowelizacja ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach, nałożyła na gminę szereg nowych zadań i obowiązków związanych z utrzymaniem czystości i porządku, zmieniła też w sposób znaczący system gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi, w szczególności zasady finansowania systemu. W artykule scharakteryzowano finansowanie gospodarki odpadami na terenie gminy Brusy, akcentując regulacje prawne w tym zakresie.

The amendment of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, imposed on the municipality a number of new tasks and responsibilities associated with maintaining cleanliness and order. It also changed significantly municipal waste management system, in particular the principle of funding the system. The article describes the financing of waste management in the municipality Brusy, emphasizing the legal regulations in this field.
