The training of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces by international advisers was one of the most important elements of the modernization of the Ukrainian army, currently affecting the ongoing armed conflict in Ukraine. One of its elements was the establishment in 2016 of the Joint Multinational Training Group (Ukraine) at the training ground in Jaworów. The course of training of Ukrainian soldiers was to lead to a significant remodeling of military structures to NATO standards in terms of organization, operation and command. The training conducted on the basis of the International Center for Peacebuilding and Security at the training ground in Jaworów was carried out by instructors from NATO countries. Over the years 2016 – 2020, Ukraine successfully reformed its defense sector with the help of Western instructors and weapons. During this period, the Ukrainian state has led to significant qualitative changes in the segments related to defense and security.

Szkolenie Sił Zbrojnych Ukrainy przez doradców międzynarodowych było jednym z najistotniejszych elementów modernizacji wojska ukraińskiego wpływającym obecnie na toczący się konflikt zbrojny na Ukrainie. Jego jednym z elementów było powołanie w 2016 r. Wspólnej Międzynarodowej Grupy Szkoleniowej (ang. Joint Multinational Training Group – Ukraine) na poligonie w Jaworowie. Tok szkolenia ukraińskich żołnierzy miał doprowadzić do istotnego przemodelowania struktur wojskowych do standardów NATO w zakresie organizacji, funkcjonowania oraz dowodzenia. Szkolenie prowadzone na bazie Międzynarodowego Centrum Budowania Pokoju i Bezpieczeństwa na poligonie w Jaworowie realizowane było przez instruktorów z krajów NATO. Na przestrzeni lat 2016–2020 Ukraina przy pomocy zachodnich instruktorów i uzbrojenia skutecznie reformowała swój sektor obronny. W okresie tym państwo ukraińskie doprowadziło do istotnych zmian jakościowych w segmentach związanych z obronnością i bezpieczeństwem

Russia's attack on Ukraine provoked a reaction from Western states, which jointly pledged to provide aid to the fighting Ukraine. The attitude of Western countries is very important in terms of Ukraine's independence. Military support, despite its large scale, is probably insufficient for Ukraine. Ukraine's Armed Forces are now completely dependent on the supply of weapons, military equipment and other materials from Western countries. The Ukrainian army can successfully compete with the Russian army only thanks to such help and military support. After the aggression by Russia, military support in the form of supplies of weapons, equipment, ammunition and supplies for Ukraine was provided by individual EU countries and countries outside the European continent.

Atak Rosji na Ukrainę spowodował reakcję państw Zachodu, które solidarnie zobowiązały się do udzielenia pomocy walczącej Ukrainie. Postawa państw zachodnich jest bardzo ważna w kontekście niepodległości Ukrainy. Wsparcie wojskowe pomimo dużej skali jest prawdopodobnie niewystarczające dla Ukrainy. Politycy tego państwa apelują o zwiększenie ilości oraz tempa dostaw uzbrojenia. Siły Zbrojne Ukrainy są obecnie całkowite uzależnione od dostaw uzbrojenia, sprzętu wojskowego oraz innych materiałów z państw Zachodu. Armia Ukrainy tylko dzięki takiej pomocy i wsparciu wojskowemu może skutecznie rywalizować z armią Rosji. Po agresji dokonanej przez Rosję wsparcie wojskowe w postaci dostaw broni, sprzętu, amunicji i zaopatrzenia zrealizowały dla Ukrainy poszczególne kraje UE oraz kraje spoza kontynentu europejskiego.

Celem artykułu jest prezentacja zastosowania metody Just In Time w zarządzaniu organizacją. Realizacja celu wy-magała omówienia istoty omawianej metody wskazując jej główne założenia. Następnie dokonano prezentacji rodza-jów marnotrawstwa, które z natury metoda Just In Time ma eliminować. Ponadto, dokonano porównania tradycyjne-go zarządzania dostawami z metodą Just In Time. Struktura artykułu obejmuje również opis etapów wdrażania metody Just In Time z głębszą charakterystyką ostatnie-go etapu tj. wdrożenia kart kanban. W kolejnej części przedstawiono oraz opisano czynniki wpływające na efektyw-ność wdrożenia metody Just In Time. W ostatniej części artykułu przedstawiono w sposób krytyczny korzyści oraz zagrożenia płynące z wdrożenia metody Just In Time. Zwrócono uwagę, na fakt, że metoda Just In Time nie jest metodą uniwersalną dla każdego rodzaju przedsiębiorstw.

The aim of the article is to present the application of Just In Time method in an organization. In order to achieve the objective, the essence of the discussed method and its key assumptions were required to be indicated. Subsequently, those considerations were followed by types of waste, which should be eliminated by Just In Time. Furthermore, the traditional supply management was compared with the Just In Time system. The structure of the article also includes a broad description of stages of implementation of Just In Time method with a deeper characteristics of the final stage, i.e. the implementation of kanban cards. The next section presents and de-scribes factors affecting the effectiveness of the implementation of Just In Time method. The last part of the article depicts in a critical way some benefits and risks of implementation of Just In Time method. It was noted that Just-in-time is not a universal method for each type of enterprise.
