W artykule dokonano krótkiej oceny polskiego systemu edukacji po 25 latach jego permanentnego reformowania, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem kształcenia zawodowego. Na tym tle przedstawiono proponowane kierunki zmian w edukacji zawodowej na poziomie średnim i wyższym mające na celu zintegrowanie jej z podmiotami rynku pracy. Preferowane modele kształcenia zawodowego pozwalające na dostosowanie systemu edukacji do wymogów dynamicznego rynku pracy to przede wszystkim kształcenie dualne i kształcenie modułowe, reforma systemu edukacji, dualny system kształcenia, kształcenie modułowe, praktyki zawodowe.

The article presents a brief assessment of the Polish education system after 25 years of its permanent reform, with particular emphasis on vocational training. Against this background it shows directions of changes in vocational education at secondary and higher levels in order to integrate it with the labor market. Preferred models of vocational training to adapt the education system to the requirements of a dynamic labor market is primarily a dual training and modular education.
