This paper aims to provide a study on the scope of regulations of economic discrimination in the Polish legal system and international law. This effect is observed especially in the reduced access to legal assistance for the poorest strata of society. In this context the main role played by the organizations concerned with free pre-court legal assistance. In this paper the analysis of their duties and the idea of system of free pre-court legal assistance in Poland will be presented.

Przedmiotem niniejszego opracowania jest analiza rozwiązań dotyczących dyskryminacji majątkowej, przyjętych w polskim porządku prawnym, jak i w prawie międzynarodowym. Tytułowe zjawisko przejawia się między innymi w braku dostępu do pomocy prawnej dla osób najuboższych. W tym kontekście decydującą rolę pełnią organizacje i instytucje świadczące nieodpłatne poradnictwo prawne. W toku niniejszych rozważań zostanie dokonana analiza działalności wskazanych podmiotów oraz wdrażanych rozwiązań systemowych na szczeblu centralnym.
