This article is a continuation on considerations undertaken in article “Literary portrait of the first Polish female students (contexst of emancipatory), „Prace Literaturoznawcze” 2014, vol. 2 Subject of the article leeded to one question, how expressed the above-mentioned Polish literary discourse from the early period of the 70s till the end of the 80s nineteenth century, found women's access to higher education. In this part I analyzed the political and national arguments which raised the authors of novels like Józef Ignacy Kraszewski, Franciszek Rawita-Gawroński, Teodor Tomasz Jeż, Ostoja i Maria Rodziewiczówna. I summoned the opinions of contemporary authors e.g. Elizy Orzeszkowej. Analyses indicate a fairly widespread lack of acceptance for women's studies. Clear is that, among the novel's characters is not successful women.

The problem of higher education of women, which had become a new object of social reflection in the positivism period, it had also its influence in literature. Analysis of the collection of works devoted to this phenomenon was directed on answering for question: what image of women-students and based on what values, had created literature of that time. The most important meaning perspective were discourses: feminism, national and politically-ideological. The article reveals the picture of women-students which had been created in sphere of emancipation reflection.

The studied emancipatory discourse is an expression of the aspirations of women's movement to develop their own space in the sphere of entrepreneurship. The institutions of this discourse are organisations encouraging Polish women to become entrepreneurs. The aim of this article is to analyse the narratives of three such institutions in terms of the types of argumentative strategies (ethos, pathos, logos) legitimising this discourse and their functions. The findings indicate a dominant ethotic argumentation that serves, among other things, to expose women's need for business autonomy and to emphasize their solidarity and mutual support. Pathos-based persuasive practices characterise one of the organisations whose narrative also marks the place of the individual somewhat more against the background of the female community. The stylistics of the discourse shows its rationality and factuality, and does not reveal the attitudes of a radical, militant feminism.
