Celem artykułu jest analiza sytuacji gospodarczej Polski i prezentacja prognoz wartości makroekonomicznych na podstawie raportów międzynarodowych instytucji. W opracowaniu skoncentrowano się na analizie podstawowych wskaźników makroekonomicznych, w tym m.in. PKB, inflacji, salda bilansu handlowego, salda rachunku obrotów bieżących, salda sektora finansów publicznych. Szczególne miejsce poświęcono warunkom prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej w Polsce, a także napływowi bezpośrednich inwestycji zagranicznych. W pracy dokonano przeglądu raportów Komisji Europejskiej, ośrodka analitycznego Spot Data, Banku Światowego, Organizacji Współpracy Gospodarczej i Rozwoju, Europejskiego Centrum Badań nad Gospodarką. Dane statystyczne dopełniają informacje zawarte w cyklicznych informacjach publikowanych przez Eurostat, Narodowy Bank Polski i Główny Urząd Statystyczny.

The aim of the article is to analyze the economic situation in Poland and to present forecasts of macroeconomic values based on reports from international institutions. The study focuses on the analysis of basic macroeconomic indicators, including Gross Domestic Product, inflation, trade balance, current account balance, results of the public finance sector. A special place was devoted to the conditions of running a business in Poland as well as to the inflow of direct foreign investments. The article reviews the reports of the European Commission, the SpotData analytical center, the World Bank, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, and the European Center for Economic Research. The statistical data is complemented by the information included in the cyclical reports published by Eurostat, the National Bank of Poland and the Central Statistical Office.
