W ostatniej części skupiono się na korzyściach wynikających z procesu badawczego. Praca została przygotowana w oparciu o literaturę, a głównym źródłem jest opracowanie Stefana Ziemskiego.

The article shows meaning of economic diagnosis for companies. The author describes the division and the structure of diagnoses, also emerging problems in the life cycle of the entity. In the last part concentrated on benefits from the research process. The article has been prepared on the grounds on literature. The main source is the development of Stefan Ziemski.
