Children disliked by their peers occupy the lowest social position in the informal structure of the group, which is the same school form. One of the reasons for such a situation may be the fact that they have specific personal traits and behave in the way that is not socially accepted. This article presents the results of researches on the level of selected competences of children who are disliked by their peers. The results achieved by accepted children or results of children from a typical school form (regardless their social background) were the reference point.

Dzieci nielubiane przez rówieśników zajmują najniższą pozycję społeczną w nieformalnej strukturze grupy, jaką jest klasa szkolna. Jedną z możliwych przyczyn takiego stanu rzeczy może być posiadanie przez nie specyficznych cech osobowościowych oraz przejawianie zachowań nieakceptowanych społecznie. W artykule zaprezentowane zostały wyniki badań dotyczące poziomu wybranych kompetencji dzieci nielubianych przez rówieśników, dla których punktem odniesienia były wyniki uzyskane przez dzieci akceptowane lub uczniów z typowej klasy (bez podziału ze względu na pozycję społeczną).

The aim of the article is to present theoretical assumptions of the developed programme, whose task is to support the development of children who are disliked by their peers because of antisocial behaviour. The programme deals with creating, for its the participants, conditions to develop interpersonal decentration skills.vThe ability to accept other person’s perspective and analyse a specific situation from their point of view is an essential condition for taking up and continuing, by an individual, satisfactory interactions in social environment.

Celem artykułu jest prezentacja teoretycznych założeń opracowanego programu wspomagania rozwoju dzieci nielubianych przez rówieśników z powodu zachowań antyspołecznych, które dotyczą tworzenia uczestnikom zajęć warunków do rozwijania zdolności do decentracji interpersonalnej. Zdolność przyjmowania perspektywy drugiego człowieka i analizowania sytuacji z jego punktu widzenia jest warunkiem niezbędnym do podejmowania i utrzymywania przez jednostkę satysfakcjonujących interakcji społecznych z otoczeniem.
