W prezentowanym tekście wyeksponowano specyfikę metodologii projektowania w dziedzinie ekonomicznej i organizacyjnej jednostek gospodarczych. Zwrócono uwagę na rozdzielenie wymiaru makrosystemowego od mikrosystemowego wskazanych wyżej dziedzin. Problemy, które zostały przedstawione w artykule, to: tematyka projektów ekonomicznych i organizacyjnych, uniwersalne ujęcie metodyki badań, dyspozycje projektów ekonomicznych i organizacyjnych, definiowanie projektu, procedura operacjonizacji.

The presented text describes the specificity of designing methodology in the economic and organizational area of economic units. Attention is paid to separating the macro-systemic dimension from the micro-systemic one of the above-mentioned fields. The problems presented in the article are as follows: subject matter of economic and organizational designs, universal perspective of research methodology, predispositions of economic and organizational designs, project defining, operational procedure.
