Przedsiębiorstwa są jednym z głównych podmiotów gospodarki krajowej. W Polsce przeważają przedsiębiorstwa zatrudniające nie więcej niż dziesięć osób (96%), w których pracuje 39%, a których przychody satnowią 22% ogółu. Celem artykułu jest analiza struktury wielkości przedsiębiorstw w Polsce mierzonej udziałem poszczególnych grup w ilości przedsiębiorstw, w zatrudnieniu i w przychodach ogółem. Wykorzystano dane ze strony internetowej GUS. Badania przeprowadzono wykorzystując metodę Chomątowskiego i Sokołowskiego. Zróżnicowanie międzywojewódzkie struktury wielkościowej przedsiębiorstw jest umiarkowane.

Enterprises are one of the main elements in economy. Magnitude of the enterprise makes influence into benefit to neighbourhood. In the amount structure smallest enterprises prevail.
