Formal education (school) fulfils its role in the development of human intellect (IQ) and leaves a deficit in the development of emotional intelligence (EQ). Modern, alternative methods of human education and development: tutoring, coaching, mentoring, can help to adapt to life and to effective problem solving. Cooperation between formal education (school) with non-formal education and informal makes man fully formed and increases the chances of life success and professional success.

Edukacja formalna (szkolna) spełnia swoją rolę w zakresie rozwoju intelektu człowieka (IQ) i pozostawia głęboki deficyt w zakresie rozwoju inteligencji emocjonalnej (EQ). Alternatywnymi metodami dla klasycznego modelu edukacji są jej nowoczesne formy: tutoring, coaching i mentoring. Ich celem jest rozwój niewykorzystanego potencjału drzemiącego w człowieku oraz zniwelowanie deficytu w zakresie rozwoju osobowości. Współpraca edukacji formalnej (szkolnej) z edukacją pozaformalną i nieformalną czyni człowieka w pełni ukształtowanym i zwiększa jego szanse na życiowy i zawodowy sukces.
