Artykuł jest streszczeniem przebiegu Konferencji Od potrzeb do działań – Ruch Samopomocowy Osób z Doświadczeniem Kryzysu Psychicznego. W artykule zawarto opis wystąpień poszczególnych prelegentów. Tematyka wystąpień plenarnych oscylowała głównie wokół funkcjonowania i wzmacniania grup samopomocowych osób chorujących psychicznie. Część warsztatowa dotyczyła destygmatyzacji, efektywnego wspierania, i twórczości literackiej osób chorujących.

This article is a summary of the Conference From needs to action – Self-Help Movement of People with Mental Disorders. The article describes the speeches of the speakers. The themes of plenary speeches were mainly focused on the functioning and strengthening of self-help groups of mentally ill people. The workshop focused on the destigmatisation, effective support, and literary creation people with mental problems.
