Artykuł zawiera analizę przepisów prawnych dotyczących możliwości świadczenia przez SKOK-i usług w drodze elektronicznej. Autor omawia już istniejące przepisy, a ponadto poświęca część artykułu nadchodzącym w najbliższych miesiącach zmianom prawnym, które umożliwią składanie deklaracji członkowskich w postaci elektronicznej, co w efekcie umożliwi w pełni zdalne nawiązywanie stosunków gospodarczych i sprzedaż usług finansowych. W artykule zebrano także stanowiska doktryny, orzecznictwa oraz wytyczne urzędów nadzorczych i wskazań praktyki w opisywanych kwestiach.

The article contains an analysis of legal provisions regarding the possibility of providing credit unions’ services by electronic means. The author discusses the already existing regulations, and also devotes part of the article to the upcoming legal changes in the coming months, which will enable the submission of membership declarations in an electronic form, which in turn will enable fully remote establishment of economic relations and sale of financial services. The article also presents the position of the doctrine, jurisprudence, guidelines of supervisory offices and recommendations of practice in the described areas.
