This article provides the analysis of the publications оf famous western scientists in the field of giftedness, including those belonging to the so-called еxtracognitive research cluster. It deals with the study of personal qualities and characteristics as prerequisites, drivers and catalysts of natural inclinationsand abilities development. Scientific results in this field are regarded from the psychological and pedagogical points of view, especially in the aspect of opportunities to shape viable traits for the extraordinary, gifted children. As a result of this analytical research the inherent traits of gifted and talented individuals were identified along with their emotional sphere, attitudes and intentions.The role of motivation and will as key drivers of talent was emphasized. The psychological and educational problems and value orientations in nurture оf moralqualities to talented youth were exposed. The expediency to base on cognitive and emotional sensitivity of gifted children during their moral education and forming patterns of prosocial behavior was grounded. The moral talent is determined as the trinity of moral leadership, creativity and responsibility. The analysis of research works on the problems of personalization of giftedness, that is manifestation of human individuality in the process of creative activity, gives grounds for generalizations in relation to, firstly, personality traits (temperament) of gifted individuals, and second, features of their emotional sphere. Individuals with extraordinary abilities differ from other people by such distinct qualities as resilience, perseverance, endurance, diligence, self-confidence, the ability to bring the case to its logical conclusion, the ability to achieve the goal, hard work, determination, independence in judgment and action, non-conformism, providing benefits to independent work, positive self-appraisal, high level of self-esteem, internal locus of control, motivation, ambition, drive for success, high level of self-criticism, commitment to excellence, tenacity, perseverance in overcoming difficulties, high level of self-regulation. It was concluded that childhood and adolescence are marked with the significant dynamics andplasticityof character developing that enables targeted educational influence on this process. Success of the teachers and educators in work with the gifted and talented children will be even more predictable and possible, if they better understand the complex inner world and features of a gifted person behavior.

This paper presents some remarks on the album edited last year Cztery pory roku (The Four Seasons). There are two reasons for the immense significance of the album: excellent performance by famous artists and rich essence that together mould the children’s world of values. The lyrics on the album are taken from Śpiewnik dla dzieci op. 34 (Songbook for children op. 34) written by Zygmunt Noskowski and Maria Konopnicka. This songbook was very popular but now it is absolutely forgotten, so it is valuable that the album reminds this great Polish heritage.

The aim of this article is a study of emotional stability in the formation of instrumentalists’ musical performing abilities, the definition of the main approaches to understanding the notion of emotional stability and justification of its significance in the work of a musician-educator, as well as highlighting possible emotional and psychological difficulties which expect the musician on his way to realization of their creative potential. It also examines and theoretically grounds perspective of emotional stability as an element of the instrumentalists’ musical performing abilities formation, which is very important in training of the future musical art teachers. The key influential factors which lead to the formation of emotional stability are identified. The main views on the notion “emotional stability” are described. The methodology of the study. In this article such methods as universal method, methods of analysis and synthesis are used. Conclusion and perspectives for a further research. We make a conclusion that emotional stability is the interplay and interpenetration of constancy and variability. Emotional stability of a musician-instrumentalist is an important feature of his professional activity, an adequate level of established attitudes, the emotional-volitional processes, behavior, moods and emotional and psychological states. Therefore, emotional stability is a prerequisite for successful and lasting implementation of a musician-instrumentalist’s professional activity. A musician’s activity requires not only continuous improvement and development of a whole special abilities’ range, but also formation of the ability to emotional stability as professionally important mental properties. Emotional stability provides emotional regulation and its correction, it is one of the levels in the mental regulation overall system. The capacity for emotional self-regulation significantly determines the formation and development of professionally musician’s personality important qualities, is a necessary component of readiness for professional activity and ensures the effectiveness of music performance and music teaching. In this connection psychological conditions that promote the formation of such skills in the future teacher-musician in the period of mastering his profession and throughout his professional activity requires a further study
