Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie ewolucji ochrony stosunku pracy w na arenie międzynarodowej. Omówiono zróżnicowanie powszechnej ochrony trwałości stosunku pracy na płaszczyźnie międzynarodowej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem ONZ, MOP, Rady Europy, oraz na płaszczyźnie prawa UE. Wskazano istniejącą problematykę oraz opinie prawników, jak można rozwiązać zaistniałą sytuację.

The aim of this article is to present the evolution of employment protection in the international arena. I have discussed the diversity of universal protection of the permanence of the employment relationship at the international level with particular emphasis on the UN, the ILO, the Council of Europe and on the level of EU law. I pointed out the problems that exist to this day and the opinions of lawyers on how to solve the situation.
