People, with their knowledge and potential, are undoubtedly the most important part in any organisation because, thanks to them, it might accomplish its goals, gain a competitive advantage and achieve success on the market. That is why each organisation should hire the most appropriate employees and provide working conditions that enable them to unleash their potential for the company’s benefit. The fundamental value for creating a good work environment is employees’ subjectivity, which can be perceived in two ways. The basic level of honouring a person’s subjectivity is respecting human rights and the employee’s dignity in mutual relations. The higher level, though, is to give people a certain amount of autonomy and responsibility in their workplace. The aim of this paper is to identify and analyse interdisciplinary concepts that managers can use in order to ensure that people are given the respect they deserve.

The subject of the analysis is the phenomenon related to the fact that the socalled Legal language, i.e. the colloquial language used by lawyers to describe legal phenomena, influences the interpretation of law. Moreover, the above impact is often negative for human rights. An example of such a phenomenon is the description of the phenomenon of employment through the prism of such concepts as employment, price for work, labor market or exploitation.

Przedmiotem analizy jest fenomen związany z tym, że tzw. jezyk prawniczy, czyli potoczny język używany przez prawników do opisu zjawisk prawnych, wpływa na interpretację prawa. Co więcej, powyższy wpływ ma często charakter negatywny dla praw człowieka. Przykładem takiego zjawiska jest opis zjawiska zatrudnienia przez pryzmat takich pojęć jak najem pracy, cena za pracę, rynek pracy czy też wyzysk.

L’objet de l’analyse est le phénomène lié au fait que le langage dit juridique, c’est-à-dire le langage commun et informel utilisé par les juristes pour décrire les phénomènes juridiques, influence l’interprétation du droit. Qui plus est, cette influence est souvent négative en matière de droits de l’homme. Un exemple de ce phénomène est la description du phénomène de l’emploi à travers le prisme de concepts tels que la location ou le louage du travail, le prix du travail, le marché du travail ou l’exploitation.
