Spółki giełdowe są przedmiotem publicznego zainteresowania. Ich akcje są obiektem inwestowania zarówno profesjonalnych inwestorów, jak i drobnych graczy. Ich akcje kupują zarówno profesjonalni inwestorzy jak i drobni gracze. W celu podjęcia właściwej decyzji niezbędna jest analiza kształtowania się ich kursów i trafna prognoza. Jedną z najczęściej stosowanych jest analiza fundamentalna. Warunkiem jej stosowania jest istnienie związku pomiędzy zmianą pozycji fundamentalnej firmy, a zmianą kursów jej akcji. Przeprowadzone badania wykazały brak tego związku, więc bardziej uzasadniona jest analiza techniczna.

Quoted companies are of the public interest. Professional and home investors buy their shares. It is necessary appropriate analysis to make a good decision. One of the analysis is fundamental analysis. It is justify to do fundamental analysis only when it is connection between changes of the firm’s fundamental position and changes of their shares price. Provided investigation show that it isn’t this connection. More justify is probably technical analysis.
