The paper focuses on a transformation of an ordinary organization into an utstanding enterprise. The type of leadership exercised by the top management of the enterprise is the eliciting factor here. G. Morgan metaphor organization - organism has been used with the meaning of organism narrowed to that of human organism. An enterprise lifecycle has been compared to the life and maturity cycle of a human. The theory of positive disintegration by K. Dąbrowski was used and adapted for the theory of organization.

Artykuł koncentruje się na twórczym przekształceniu przedsiębiorstwa z organizacji przeciętnej do wybitnej. Czynnikiem sprawczym jest rodzaj przywództwa najwyższego kierownictwa przedsiębiorstwa. Użyto metafory organizacja - organizm G. Morgana, zawężając pojęcie organizmu do człowieka. Porównano cykl życia przedsiębiorstwa do cyklu życia i dojrzewania jednostki. Wykorzystano teorię dezintegracji pozytywnej K. Dąbrowskiego i zaadaptowano ją do teorii organizacji.
