Ethical infrastructure in business is a relatively new term, yet, in recent years, it has been used more and more often in publications concerning public administration and business ethics. This term denotes all factors (institutions), whose main and direct goal is creating a desired morality in the social milieu. The author concentrates on such elements of the ethical infrastructure in business as: 1/ business ethics as an academic subject (including research institutes, faculty, curricula and biography), 2/ programs and codes of ethics for branches and firms, 3/ initiatives aimed at promoting social responsibility of firms, 4/ promote competitions and ethical managers and workers.
