The article discusses the issue of attitudes towards co-workers, which is one of the aspects of the ethical concept in medicine by Jerzy Matyjek (1926-2017), doctor, politician and social activist, living in the specific conditions of the communist period and the time of the political transformation of the last decade of the 20th century.
