Artykuł wskazuje na inspirującą rolę proegzystencji dla wychowawcy w realizowaniu swego powołania. Tekst zapoznaje najpierw z ideą proegzystencji, która zawiera prawdę o człowieku w różnych jego wymiarach. Następnie wskazuje na jej uniwersalizm, związek z wartością, co w końcu upoważnia ideę proegzystencji, aby – mimo swej roli inspirującej – również stanowić wyzwanie dla wychowawcy. Stąd jej podwójna wartość.

The article shows the inspiring function of pro-existence for a pedagogue in realizing his vocation. Firstly, the text provides information about the idea of proexistence, which comprises the truth about human being in his or her different dimensions. Next, it indicates that pro-existence is universal, and its connection with values, which in the end justifies the idea of pro-existence to – apart from its inspirational function – pose a challenge for a pedagogue. Hence, its double value.
