Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie rozwiązań funkcjonalnych i organizacyjnych controllingu projektów w koncepcji koordynacyjnej. Na kanwie wyjaśnienia pojęcia i istoty controllingu projektów w wymienionej koncepcji obejmą one przedstawienie zadań tego controllingu, możliwych do przyjęcia w nim form organizacyjnych oraz wyróżnienia ośrodków odpowiedzialności. Propozycje teoretyczne w ramach wyszczególnionych zagadnień stanowią warunek wdrażania i realizacji rozważanego controllingu projektów w konkretnej organizacji. W przyjętym ujęciu nie były one dotychczas przedmiotem rozważań i z tego względu mają znaczenie zarówno teoretyczne, jak i praktyczne. Pozwolą nie tylko poznać poruszane zagadnienia, ale i stosować je w praktyce. Rozumienie controllingu projektów w koncepcji koordynacyjnej oraz nabycie umiejętności przyjmowania w nim rozwiązań funkcjonalnych i organizacyjnych w praktyce zarządzania organizacją rzutuje też na implikacje społeczne poruszanej problematyki.

The purpose of the article is to present the functional and organizational solutions of projects controlling in coordination concept. Based on the explanation of the expression and the essence of projects controlling these solutions include the presentation of the tasks of projects controlling and its acceptable organizational forms as well as an indication of the responsibility centers. Theoretical proposals within the scope of specified issues constitute prerequisite condition for the implementation and accomplishment of considered projects controlling in the given organization. These proposals have not been considered in such way so far. For this reason they have both a theoretical and practical significance. Not only the presented proposals will get to know the discussed issues but also to use them in practice. Moreover, comprehension of projects controlling in coordination concept as well as the acquisition of abilities to implementation functional and organizational solutions in this kind of controlling influence the social implications in practice of organization management.
