The publication presents the results of research on the roles, functions, competences and skills of managers employed in companies operating in the Silesian Voivodship. The purpose of this publication is to examine how people employed in managerial positions in organizations operating in the Silesian Voivodship perceive their managerial roles and functions. The purpose of the publication is also to examine what competences and skills they perceive to be the most important within the stance and organization they work for.
