The article reflects selected fragments of scientific achievements in the field of teacher’s tests. The theoretical basis of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of test tasks is described. Attention is paid to the methods of verifying the didactic correctness, reliability and appropriateness of the test tasks. The methods of calculating the basic parameters of the quantitative test analysis, in particular: the fraction of missing tasks, difficulty and ease of tasks, and the power to differentiate test tasks were also presented. Taking into account the practical aspects of the teacher’s test, the general principles of constructing test tasks are described. Sample tests and the table of raw results of research on students’ knowledge and skills are presented. The basic parameters of the quantitative analysis of test tasks were calculated on the basis of the test results. The obtained indicators were interpreted, and on their basis, the didactic correctness of the test was verified.

W artykule odzwierciedlono wybrane fragmenty dorobku naukowego w dziedzinie testów nauczycielskich. Opisano teoretyczne podstawy jakościowej i ilościowej analizy zadań testowych. Zwrócono uwagę na sposoby weryfikacji poprawności dydaktycznej, rzetelności oraz stosowności zadań testowych. Zaprezentowano także sposoby obliczenia zasadniczych parametrów ilościowej analizy testu, w szczególności: frakcji opuszczeń zadań, trudności i łatwości zadań oraz mocy różnicującej zadania testowe. Uwzględniając praktyczne aspekty testu nauczycielskiego, opisano ogólne zasady konstrukcji zadań testowych. Zaprezentowano przykładowe testy oraz tabelę surowych wyników badań wiedzy i umiejętności uczniów. Na przykładzie wyników testowania obliczono podstawowe parametry ilościowej analizy zadań testowych. Uzyskane wskaźniki zinterpretowano, a na ich podstawie zweryfikowano poprawność dydaktyczną testu.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the concept of the principles of community co- -exsistence in the context of selected provisions of the Labor Code that refer to them, i.e. articles 8, 100 § 2 point 6 and 94 point 10 of the Labour Code. It refers to the application of the principles of community co-exsistence as a criterion for the abuse of rights of parties to the employment relationships, as well as guidelines for the proper conduct of employees - who are obliged to respect them and employers - who should influence their establishment in the workplace.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza pojęcia zasad współżycia społecznego na tle wybranych przepisów kodeksu pracy, które się do niego odwołują, tj. art. 8 KP oraz art. 100 § 2 pkt 6 KP i 94 pkt 10 KP. Opracowanie odnosi się zarówno do zastosowania zasad współżycia społecznego jako kryterium nadużycia praw podmiotowych stron stosunków pracy, jak również jako wytycznych właściwego postępowania pracowników, którzy mają obowiązek ich przestrzegać oraz pracodawców, którzy powinni wpływać na ich kształtowanie w zakładzie pracy.

conspirators in the region of Wielkopolska at the end of the partitions of Poland. He was raised in the spirit of solidarity, devotion to the mother country, armed struggle for Poland’s independence and hope for a better future. When the Wielkopolska uprising broke out on 27 December 1918, he was at the epicentre of events, fought against Germans to liberate the city of Poznań and subsequently led troops which were part of the northern front of the Wielkopolska uprising, fighting in the vicinity of Kcynia. Since 18 October 1919, he fought in the 6th infantry regiment of the Legions in the Lithuanian-Belarus Front where he was in command of 2nd Company. He also took part in the Polish-Soviet War of 1919–1920. In the Second Polish Republic, by 1933 he served as a professional soldier. During WWII he was member of the armed independence conspiracy around Warsaw, Białystok and Kraków. After 1945 he strived to survive communism and support his family, working for example as a farmer. During the Polish October of 1956, he embraced another cause, namely securing the interests of the veterans of the Wielkopolska uprising. On 3 May 1976, during the jubilee celebrations of 600 years of the monastery of the Order of Saint Paul (1382–1982) and the presence of the image of the Black Madonna of Częstochowa he was among the generals who deposited their most precious medals as a symbol of their gratitude to Our Lady for her presence in Poland’s struggle for independence.
